For a multi-act night, include microphones and monitors, backline, stage changeovers, crew access and rehearsal time in the running order. Travel, hotels, green rooms, lighting, power and crowd arrangements should be itemised in the agreed proposal.

How do I book an artist for 31st December 2026?

Send the enquiry form with your city, venue, event type, preferred artist, audience size and planned performance slot. TKC Talent checks availability with the relevant management team and shares a written proposal. A shortlist is not a confirmed booking.

What is the price to book a singer, DJ or band for New Year’s Eve?

All New Year’s Eve prices are on enquiry. Email hello@tkctalent.com for an artist-specific quote. Fees depend on the artist, location, performance format, time slot, travel, hospitality and production requirements. Regular artist-page fees are not confirmed 31 December rates.

Which entertainment format suits a hotel, club or corporate gala?

Hotels can combine live music with a countdown DJ. Clubs can request a headliner DJ or singer-and-DJ format. Corporate galas can request a live band, playback singer or celebrity appearance. The final lineup should match the audience, venue capacity and agreed budget.

Can I request a singer who is not listed?

Yes. Include the singer’s name in your brief. TKC Talent will check whether the request can be coordinated with the relevant management team. A request does not imply representation or confirmed availability.

How are sound, stage and hospitality riders managed?

Artist-specific riders are reviewed with your venue and production team before confirmation. The written scope should cover sound, monitoring, lighting, DJ backline, stage access, soundcheck, travel, hotel and green-room requirements.

Can an outdoor New Year party continue after 10 PM?

Do not assume a New Year’s Eve exemption. Outdoor amplified sound and closing times depend on applicable local rules, written permissions and venue conditions. Confirm the permitted timing, noise limits and any indoor transition before signing.

What happens if an artist faces travel delays?

Travel planning, cancellation terms and any contingency arrangements must be agreed in the written contract. A substitute artist or last-minute replacement is subject to availability and agreement; it is not automatically guaranteed.

Do you coordinate international New Year’s Eve enquiries?

Send the destination country, venue, show date, artist preference and event brief. Overseas proposals depend on artist availability, visas, travel, local requirements and agreed commercial terms.
